Our mission: The Hays Band Boosters organization is dedicated to supporting students, directors, and the mission of the band programs as they strive toward the highest level of curricular and artistic goals in music education and performance.
Booster Meetings will be held at 6:30 PM on the first Tuesday of each month from September-May (unless otherwise noted). Meetings are generally held in the HHS Music Building - Main Band Hall and are approximately one hour. We are all band and guard parents/guardians and everyone is invited and encouraged to attend. No membership is required to attend meetings and give input, suggestions, ideas, or to volunteer. Attending Booster meetings is the best way to stay informed and contribute to band activities throughout the year. Membership is required to be allowed to vote and all paid members will receive a Booster Member t-shirt.
By becoming an official Booster Member, you are contributing to the students directly. Your vote in general meetings allows you to help guide our decisions and fundraising efforts. Chaperones will be required to be VIPs approved.
