FULL Summer Band Camp schedule is daily, lunches provided through Boosters for the following days: 7/26-7/30, 8/2-8/6, 8/13, 8/14, 8/18 - 13 meals @ $8 -- total cost $104
All meals will be served in the Hays HS cafeteria and will include chips, cookie or fruit and a bottled water or a bottled Gatorade. Students will check in at the cafeteria during their assigned time, sanitize hands and receive their meal/beverage.
Exact Meals each day are still to be determined and will be updated as soon as the information becomes available, but samples are listed below.
- Double Cheeseburger or Grilled Cheese*
Jason's Deli, Firehouse Subs and/or Jersey Mike's
- Sub style Sandwich or Veggie Wrap/Salad*
- Teriyaki grilled chicken with Rice or Seasoned Vegetables with Macaroni Salad*
- Spaghetti & Meatballs or Fettuccine Alfredo*
- Chicken Sandwich or Salad*
- 2 slices pizza - Pepperoni or Cheese*
IMPORTANT: If a rehearsal day is canceled by the directors or school district, we will offer a refund for that days meal at the conclusion of Summer Band.
Disclaimer: Missed or forfeited meals because of illness, absence, discipline, or other reasons will not be refunded. Unused meals cannot be assigned to a different student.
