Summer Band Lunches 2020
Option A: $112 PREPAY ONLINE ONLY for ALL 14 meals by midnight July 20, 2020
Option B: $9 CASH ONLY each morning prior to the start of rehearsal (7am-7:30am) at the front desk in the music building
Meal plan is OPTIONAL. No special orders or substitutions.

**August 10th is Freshman Orientation @ Hays HS -- all freshman will attend and will be fed at this event. Boosters will purchase pizza for ALL other band students on this day.
Please note: For students who are paying with cash in the mornings, please pay Ms. Adams at the front desk in the music building BEFORE rehearsal ... no later than 7:30am. If students wait until actual lunch time to pay, they will not receive a lunch as confirmed orders are placed with vendors at 8am each morning. Students will not be served if payment has not been received. Food is ordered based on payments received.
Disclaimer: Missed or forfeited meals because of illness, absence, discipline, or other reasons will not be refunded. Unused meals cannot be assigned to a different student. If a rehearsal is canceled by the directors or school district, we will offer the option to refund the cost of that specific meal at the end of the season.
The meal plan is OPTIONAL and is a fundraiser for the band.
