Meal Plan: WinterGuard 2023 - Chaperone
DEADLINE: Thursday, January 19, 2023 - PREPAY ONLINE purchases ONLY; no same day purchases, no partial orders
***IMPORTANT: If you are a Chaperone for the 2023 WinterGuard Season: below is the information you need to purchase the meals for the days that you are chaperoning. This is not mandatory. If you choose not to order, you are free to purchase meals from concessions at the venue, however, please note that as a chaperone, you cannot leave the venue or the team to go and purchase meals.
The cost is $10 per meal. Please indicate how many meals you are paying for and pay accordingly (example: you are chaperoning for 2/4, you would need to select 3 meals for a total of $30). You do not need to notate the dates needed as we will match that with the sign-up genius and know the dates you are chaperoning and will order your meals along with the team for those dates.
2023 WG Competition Meal Plan Schedule ($10 per meal):
- Saturday, January 28 @ Dripping Springs: 2 meals = $20
- Saturday, February 4 @ Arlington: 3 meals = $30
- Saturday, March 4 @ Leander: 1 meal = $10
- Sunday, March 5 @ Leander: 1 meal = $10
- Saturday, March 18 @ Johnson HS Buda: 2 meals = $20
- Saturday, March 25 @ Georgetown: 1 meal = $10
Below are potential restaurants we may be using for meals. We will post specific meals as soon as it's available. All will include chips, cookie or fruit and a bottled water or bottled sports drink.

- Pizza Hut/Double Dave's Pizza

DISCLAIMER: Missed or forfeited meals because of illness, absence, discipline, ineligibility, or other reasons, will not be refunded. Unused meals can be assigned to a different performer, chaperone or director. If an event is canceled by the organizer of school district, we will offer the option to refund the cost of that specific meal at the end of the season.
